He uploaded it on instagram with the caption:

I get the joke but it didn't sit well with all, some think it's outright mad, one of such is a comment by LadyF on Nairaland:

I don't see how a married man is resting on another woman's butt is supposed to be a *playful sturvs*
Maybe it would be more funny to me if he allows his wife to pose on a guy's d*ck.
